Great video Jason, many thanks. Couple of questions; I assume the DMT card is a 'fine' one and secondly, can the grinding be done on a Tormek with the bigger diameter coarse diamond wheel? TIA (Rob Stoakley...ex Ax employee)

Hi Rob, the DMT card is a fine one or 600 microns. The grinding can be done on a Tormek, this will produce a hollow grind and then allow the Diamond card to be used to add light touch ups to keep this sharp and also to remove a minimal amount of material. Hope this helps

I only have a Sorby Pro-edge sharpener. if I loose the hollow grind on the front will that ruin the tools?

Hi there, Jason says: "The flat produced by a Pro Edge will take a little longer to sharpen as you will be removing all of the material on the front bevel. But it will still sharpen the same." Hope this helps 😊
