I LAUGH & CRY For Fun shonda has a no ass hole policy. Shes developed this after having people pull the bs like katherine heigl & isaiah whatever his last name was pulled. She makes sure anyone they hire has an extensive background check & she asks people theyve worked with before what they were like on set. I think its fair.
