I think morale of story is the old cliche: it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish. I think Phillies fans, Eagles fans and media learned that lesson the hard way. Just because the team is winning or dominating early in the year doesn’t mean you’re going to dominate late. Playing your best ball towards the end or when it matters most is all that really matters. If the team struggles early that’s ok so long as get right when the money is on the line and you need all your players to step up

Problem is, the team wasn't dominating early and most fans could see it. The only difference between this season and the last one is that we won those terrible games, this season we're losing them.

Apparently this has become a widely accepted offensive strategy across baseball. I'm echoing all of the same frustrations as an Astros fan. No patience, and deciding at the beginning of ABs that they are going to swing no matter what is thrown. No willingness to take a walk, and above ALL else, no willingness to make adjustments. It's maddening.

Can yall ask him why we refuse to run undercenter at all. With how good and big (pause) that our line is why don't we let them go runblock downhill. We only pass block or that rpo zone which is basically pass blocking. Let them go punish the opponents defense man

why are we shitting on johan rojas? i mean hes a 9 hole hitter who's a tremendous fielder.. I'm not following that one at all. You wanna be mad at someone, be mad at Turner and his incompetence in the field. be mad at JT and his incompentence at the plate. be mad at the bullpen but Johan Rojas is one of the least of their problems. He's a 9 hole hitter who has the ability to erase runs from the other team..
