Maxi won that game vs Clippers in the playoffs by himself, hitting 5x 3s, not to mention his shot-blocking and uncanny perimeter D at 6"11/240. If he didn't get injured, Finals might have been a diff looking series imo. Spencer looking to score a little more was huge for this win. We hadn't seen that from him last 2 games, but before that he was on fire. He's a 6'6" guy in a SG body, but has PG skills, sets up the offense etc ... I thought the tempo was low-key much better this game. Yes, "faster" was the idea, but Mavs perfect Tempo is prob just a click above Medium/Fast.. They were too fast vs Warriors, letting them play the tempo they like. Then on Xmas, too hurried again vs a Defense that gets back and is already set. Half court tempo looked better this time.

This gives minutes on the court for the bench with each posession and will solidify all the little things to run deep in the playofffs and counter the weeknesses of being down aa teammate if it happens. Defense was not a man down but more than Phoenixs could gain control of. Great work against top playerrs on the road. Convincing Victory for the Mavs .

If everyone is healthy and you only put up 89 you lost by like 20 plus or they sat players to rest the end of the game

Luka is a great player but luka will be hard to get championship. please remind luka if he play too much ball handling it will risk him bad injury in the future & when he play like that, the other player are hard to not level up their game & scoreless. just pass more ball to klay & other unguarded player. he should learn from kyrie to find rhythm to manage his energy along the game & kai is able to encourage other player to step up.

( Dang, didn’t know my comments hit you that hard J Kidd, I’m the only person out of my friends to predict you guys in the finals last season, sometimes we all need that push, last season was sloppy, huge turnover rate, you left out lively when he was fired up, we can only Judge you game by game, your strategy needs work, the teams this season are more compact, good on the PHX win but they can’t hang with you, too many people are shooting threes, make sure you listen to what my strategy advice is, it will matter especially when my friends saw me call it like it was during the finals. It’s not always about proving someone wrong, it’s about learning actively, less pacifism. )
