As cliche as it sounds, once he stopped pressuring himself to behave like others, he could be comfortable in his own skin. I greatly respect Mayhem for his super genuine feedback on Nick Diaz. That was actually solid. Not judgmental at all in a real way and wishing him better. I didn’t realize how bad Nick until recently and I grew up with these guys, not personally just meaning following the sport. I really want to see him find himself again, doesn’t need to be in the cage, he can find another role that’s equally rewarding.

Throws ups and downs I was even at that strike force event in Nashville this is one of the best interviews I’ve ever seen him and it’s so great. How since Helen started he’s always stayed true to her and gave him a gave her clips. I was always thinking that was the first time I ever heard him say it like that good for you, bro you’re doing great. You’re looking great thanks for all the funny content up to bounce, but this is the best. I mean this is absolutely amazing brother if you make him if you good for you.

something that I forgot to mention, something that I love a lot about this woman is that she always finds Mayhem to interview him, since they were both very young, I love seeing Mayhem be interviewed over the years, he will never be forgotten, He introduced me to the MMA thanks to bully beatdown!

Shout out to Mayhem for showing support for Nick Diaz. He's certainly turned his life around and can speak from experience.

Wise words from an MMA Legend, transitioning away from a major part of your identity is really hard, but once you do it the perspective you gain on life, will setup you up to be a stronger person, hope Diaz can make the same move it looks like Mayhem has made! Looking forward to seeing more from Mayhem good things ahead for him by the looks of it!
