I don't think I've seen another guitarist who can play such insane music so flawlessly, so consistently. Sick.

That's not why he left. It was a mutual split according to both parties. They wanted to pursue a more traditional deathcore sound, and Jason wanted to this.

@vugolol6 жыл бұрын
Woah, he actually plays Jacky Vincent's part on Breaking Damnation in this, awesome! Usually when I see guitarists play through a guest solo they just improvise something else, but he actually tried to get as close to the recording as possible, and that is really cool.

MrMisterMan in no way am I saying that Jason Richardson is better, but anything Becker played, I'm positive that Richardson could could play. you may not like his music, but you can not deny his skill. without a doubt, he's one of the best guitarists of this era.
@mrmisterman9997 жыл бұрын
i doubt it. Even marty friedman said becker could learn on the fly. His ability to master a style was uncanny and he could do it in such a small amount of time that he was pretty much a prodigy in the guitar community. Again im not saying jason has no skill or less talent than becker but you cannot deny that jason becker was above and beyond most guitarists, his only real competition was shawn lane who was also able to master styles and techniques easily and also played multiple instruments.

MUSIC MAN JP15-7ST BFR Buckeye Burl Maple LTD that's the guitar Jason's using. And as far as I can tell you can only possibly get your hands on one from a Japanese website. The Music-Man website didn't even carry the color. Maybe it's a custom color that you just have to pay extra for. I don't know. I just thought I'd share the information for anyone who was curious about the guitar he was using.

the many notes in a second thing... Jason could do that back when he was in high school with a emo looking haircut...
