The problem here is that the "values" of those who produced and promoted this bill--the "selling points" if you will--are only valid for a short period of time and represent a small fraction of the bulk spending proposed which, upon further inspection, reveals not only careless waste of tax revenue, but a larger situation where no real benefit to the working public exists.
