認真討論, 點解香港點牛扒只可以點3,5,7成熟? 係咪因爲徐晃個chef煮唔到/唔識煮/覺得太麻煩所以唔煮? 英文點牛扒可以有10種點法(由生到全熟10階段): 1, Raw 2, blue 3, blue rare 4, rare 5, medium rare 6, medium 7, medium well 8, well 9, well done 10, very well done
外國問件扒幾多成熟,客人係答rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well done.....而且客人唔會永遠是對的,係會俾人白眼笑你唔識嘢

大J 哥: 3成熟 medium Rare 5成熟 medium 7成熟 medium well 全熟 well done 呢間餐廳賣2百幾一客扒,食物成本一般佔不超過3成,塊扒40左右,40蚊美國扒一定無prime grade, choose grade都未必有,好可能係select grade 再加梳打粉/木瓜酵素淹冧佢,所以你先覺得咁冧,select grade以下唔係人食,多數唔會來港。建議你出去食d 好扒,比較一下。
