You say it like it's easy forgetting that not everyone is as lucky as you are. Understanding market concepts and stock picking can indeed be overwhelming, not to mention grasping the nuances of entry and exit points, it's sooooo confusing.

Luck plays a significant role but research is crucial. If it was easy everyone would be at it and we’d have walking billionaires, It’s why my message is always to do it alongside other things, or get a job, work on yourself your mindset your emotional composure, habits, health it's way more than just technicals and I found that out the hard way myself. I’d say a smart approach to securing successful trades while still improving as an amateur is having guidance from an experienced pro who has already navigated the complexities and gone through all the hassle of refining and applying trading rules to suit. This strategy has proven effective for me!

Well, I’m with *Lina Dineikiene* ;the lady has been around for a while and she really does a great job on the charts. Thus far I'm up ~$100k+! from an initial 27k deposit... I am convinced it's not just hard work but smart work:-)

Successful investing is hard work because it means disciplining your mind to do the opposite of human nature. Buying during a panic, selling during euphoria, and holding on when you are bored and just craving a little action. Investing is 5% intellect and 95% temperament.

I've shuffled through investment coaches and yes, they can be positively impactful to an individual's portfolio, but do your due diligence to find a coach with grit, one that withstood the 08' crash. For me, Rolando Diaz turned out to be better and smarter than all the advisors I ever worked with till date, I’ve never met anyone with as much conviction.

Great explanation of why I made money playing online poker. As you say if you don't understand these concepts you are doomed to failure. The best poker guys only ever play one session of poker in their life, they just takes breaks from time to time. Out of interest are you a fan of Nick Shawn? One of the handful of traders on YT who actually talks sense.

Large numbers is a def lesson I've been focusing on more recently having slipped for months after being reasonably profitable. The edge(your strategy) must be followed strictly every single time! Otherwise the market knocks you out with one loss. Keep your SLs tight, your TPs realistic and enter only when your set-up is in place. Don't chase after it. Let it come to you. ✌🏽

Had to learn this the hard way, most important thing once you understand your strategy with charts is getting in at the very bottom to protect losses, and aside from the charts being able to take other factors like dilution into account. You will lose money chasing a run when it’s not near a support zone or stray from your strategy for chasing hype, things like that. I’ll be making some videos on the topic soon if anyone is interested

Great content, thank you. I must add, depending on the pairs you trade, it does make a difference if you trade 1to1 or 1to2. With my own strategy 1to1 works better on the coins that I trade. I do backtest and pick the correct coins for my strategy.

Thank you. however i have a small note, on the minute 15:37 you mentioned on the JPY example that the winning expectation is 50% which i think its not correct, its 25%, because the market will move either up or down (which is 50%) and then you will be long or short ( and this is another 50%) so your over all chance is 25%.

The brokers edge is the spread and commission. So your risk reward has to account for that. Another edge that the broker has is allowing instant funding and they milk this edge when a margin call is looming, depleting your life savings too. Be aware of all their tricks and protect yourself.

Thats super right bro........ Noticed when the asset class that has high volatility expectance usually the spread is high. Or when you start to trade with large sum of capita like 100k plus they will always give you a negative slippage.
