Great video. Jason is the hero in this industry! Thank you. Note: IG put on ghost trades on without you knowing over public holidays, obviously those ghost positions cause massive drawdown. Took IG ten days to fix it. You watched your account kept losing money and you couldn’t close or do anything about it. Horrific experience.

Good video for those are just starting. Although it had some great points, I think the next video should be about things that are, in my opinion, more important. Things like: what kind of broker it is (ecn vs non-ecn) and what kind suits you. But also going deeper into things like: terms and conditions and the fine print. What is normal and what are the red flags to look out for. And believe me what you see on the website is not always what you are getting. For example; almost all brokers have slogans like: "global leading broker". Or" best broker of the year..." Its all B.S! They are not. Plus a broker's website's "learning section", in my opinion, should not be considered as a valid trust point as they are useless. You will get better info by just googling. Anyway thanks for taking time to make the video. Hope to see more on this subject.

Great video as usual. Maybe it would have been good to compare the one's that offer MT4 against those that don't. Some offer their own as well as MT4 but as a baseline MT4 in my view is the best starting point. I really dislike Ninjatrader but Tradingview is really nice. Love the T shirts, was that a Steve Jobs thing? I see you use a Mac!!!!! Do you trade with the Mac or a PC? I trade with a Mac using Parallels. I was with Alpari and the whole fiasco and ended up with ETC. Some time later they closed retail accounts and I left so I'm surprised they are back!

Just created an account with Core Spreads and discoverd they do not list overnight charges for rolling spread bets. I called customer services and they said the only way to find out the charge is to have an open position past 10PM and check account history!!! Hopefully this will be the only negative for there platform.

Very good video, I was with Halifax here in New Zealand but they had an Australian main office and all went through Interactive brokers, I didn't like Interactive brokers platform, too hard to figure out even the simple things, makes me wonder how any one learns to trade at all, anyway Halifax went bust 2-3 years ago, we are still waiting for any return of funds. I'm also with OMF and guess what I don't like their platform either Ctrader I think it is but it is the better of the 3 brokers.mentioned here. I am with Cmc Markets as well but I don't like their web site platform to many movable screens and it's just weird not easy to use, no matter how good "They" say it is, it's rubbish in my opinion, but they do allow MT4 now so that's good, that tells you something to many complaints about their rubbish platform. I don't trust any Brokers their all out to steal from us if you ask me, so this video was good. You are da man : )
