Honestly have to say that the price for this surprised me. I’ve seen places smaller and with much less, go for double or triple the amount that their asking for this. The home itself is beautiful, but that yard/water access is the main thing that stands out for me the most. Great tour as always!

Would’ve liked the pool a smidge bigger. Dock space for the yacht. Elevator. Yessss. 2 lovely seating areas and dining room. Amazing kitchen. The only thing with the seamless handleless cabinets is fingerprints. Constant wiping. That executive office is lovely. Even the garage door and garage is gorgeous. Extra kitchenette in the garage. Niceeee. Amazing guest bedroom and bathroom. 2nd floor next. Definitely an amazing view. 2nd laundry. Niceee. The guest bedrooms and en-suites are amazing. All spacious. The primary bath. His and her showers. Very unique countertop. The closet is another bedroom 🤣. Nice wet bar. A gym or whatever we want it to be. Looks like 4 ppl could fit in that California king. The archhitect did a great job designing the 529 Bontona ave, because all the guest bedrooms and bathrooms looks like master bedrooms. All the rooms have the right size with windows. It is nice that the mansion is built on a peninsula, I like the fountain and the 10 feet doorrs at the entrance. I like the shiny marble floor of the mansion. I like the living room, I like the media room with the cool motor engine table. I like the dining room with the nice table and view. I like the white quartz island kitchen and the walnut cabinet. I like the fact that the mansion has French doors instead of sliding doors. I like the fact that most of the bedrooms have balcony. The master bedroom and master bathrooms with big windows and French doors are wonderful.

No shade to the hard working agents because these homes are stunning, but I could never sleep at night or not have anxiety all day long living directly on the water and being completely surrounded by water like this.
