+Andrew Hofer I am biased as Vexilar is one of our sponsors. Both units will show you fish and show you your jig. I am a fan of the Vexilar because the Vex is analog where as the Hummingbird is digital. With the analog signal, I can pick up movement much better; fish moving through blind spots in rocks or weeds etc and the Vex runs a lot longer on a battery charge. There is more but those are two big things that jump out to me right away.

Old video and I like it but I disagree with one comment. I don't think enough people eat fish anymore and our fresh waters actually have too much fish in many areas, we need to take more fish out so there is more food for available, less competition and giving us bigger fish

Eating fish is fine. On most fisheries however... if you want to catch big fish, you have to release some of the big fish. On many lakes, people keep buckets of fish when the fishing is good and the size drops off over time. Selective harvest and keep only what you need. Thanks for watching.
