Great video as always. I have a question. Do you do customer avatar research for all your new clients or do they provide the information?

Client need to be the ones to do this. They have the personal experience they have with their customers is always better than what a marketer can research.... I would recommend training them on how to organize the information so it's usable for their marketing moving forward

You're still solving a problem and you'll want to create an avatar of who is going to wearing your clothes. There's a reason they want to buy your clothes (event or feeling) and reasons holding them back (I won't look good b/c....)
