You have the legal ownership of the company to the % you hold but unfortunately as no secondary market it won't be easy to quit

If top owners/holders wish to buy back, yes you can. When unlisted there is no more regulatory actions apply, so no one is there to enforce on disclosure requirements and best practices

With inflation of raw material for construction industry ,it will be suppressed in coming years .so demand will also be reduced . Other big players enters now to wood based market According to me this business will not be lucrative in coming years.
