Thank you your Holiness, and thank all of you non-Tibetans for watching this and supporting our leader of Buddhism. I may be young but I still know a sensation when I see one. It makes me feel good to see the modern-day people actively listening to his holiness of the 14th Dalai Lama and taking up their time to listen to this significant Tibetan Buddhist leader. There have been a lot of big situations that Tibet has gone through, but we've gone through it together. Many lives had been lost, and many outrages took place, which led to many protests. We are still working hard, so a helping hand will lead us closer to achieving our goal. Free Tibet! 🙏🙏🙏🙏Thank you once again. May you have a happy and wonderful life, all of you.

The live translation is what people who are attending the teaching in person, and who don’t speak Tibetan, are listening to through the headphones. You always get live translations in several languages on different frequencies. It is live-streamed on youtube with the same live translation. :)

I like to drink herb teas and not take food. I love the Dharma with the Dalai Lama. I am from Hollywood so I appreciate an artistic presentation. I read the Diamond Sutra last night to highlight some of the Zen. My father was a famous musician and my mom was a Ganja dealer and I grew up smoking Ganja with my mother. I have been sober for 20 years.

I feel bad about the English VoiceOver, too. A lot of Tibetans want the hear His Holiness. I would like to learn Tibetan language. I only speak English and I feel like a thickheaded American. I try to limit my attachment to Earth. I know I am dependent on Earth. It is best to see Emptiness and Impermanence. Right now I am drinking Chamomile Tea.

Don’t interfere in others’ practice of spirituality ( or any aspect of life). Or pass judgment. Knowing the 8 fold path is not the same as practicing it. Buddhism encourages the mix of science and spirituality. The western world and its ignorance is going to be downfall.
