There's are more than 30,000 Ragas... nobody knows all Ragas. There's no concept of "All Ragas" as Ragas can be created by people using Vakra(zig zag) and Varjya(omitting Swaras) Prayogas. Ragas are being created everyday by composers. Some popular, some known only to them.
