One who brought Muthuswami Dikshithar to ettayapuram was Ettayapuram Ramachandra Bhagavathar Dikshithars direct disciple He is one of our forefathers from which family we hail from. For Sishyas request about drought in Ettayapuram he betsowed blessings by composing Anathamruthakarshini. Father used to say that Muthuswami Dikshithar stayed at our forefathers house. He attained siddhi there. The kings elephant went and laid in burial ground. Worried king asked Dikshithar whether this indicated bad omen to king. Dikshithar answered nothing will happen to king and asked him to wait and watch. On Dikshithar attaining mukthi elephant walked back to palace.

In Delhi it has been raining cats and dogs for the past two days and since it has brought back coldness, people don't want to get rains. Listening to amritavavarshini brings rain. Here I couldn't resist listening to Dr. Jayanthi Kumaresh. Its ok I will take out my drycleaned sweater again but listening to her is a must. Ahaa.. I was drenched in her amritavavarshini. 🙏 🌹
