Katie, also put the time when you pumped it. by the time you feed the baby with bottle, use morning pumped milk in daytime and night pumped milk at night.. milk have different consistencies and nutrients. Feeding with night pumped milk at night helps baby's sleep. ALSO, when your baby is sick at the time you pumped, label it also with what symptom she had at that time. mother has instincts that you develop antibodies when your child needs it. Okay as a disabled person well I can move my legs and my hands I have ADHD a functioning disorder I'm autistic I have some sensory issues and I'm claustrophobic I have a huge fear of pills which is an unknown phobia that I have no idea that exist if it does I don't know for sure I don't have a routine for everything cuz I struggle with so many problems and when I look at these couple being all healthy and happy with their lives it's hard for me and this makes me cry because they're so beautiful and happy and I really appreciate it but at the same time I'm suffering and I just love watching other people be happy it makes me happy and it tells me that there's more to life than what you know and just seeing them wake up with their baby is just so cute I love these KZbinrs these couples they have the world surrounded them with love and I pray to God that they'll have more kids and their kids will be happy doing whatever they want not because of influence or what they are parents are doing they'll have something to look up to a legacy that their parents are passing down onto them and I love these couples Josh and Katie are so adorable God bless their hearts God bless their content God bless their child I hope that they stay happy and safe and I hope I get pinned for this and many other comments that I have made I think I made two😊❤🎉

We also do our gratitudes each day. But we do it at the end of the day and try not to use the same ones, like family, home, and food on the table. We try to do things we are grateful for in that particular day that are different. So yesterday, I was grateful to be able to practice my sign language at the fundraiser I went to.
