Back before a major surgery i had, I would play like “pool wrestling” w my friends where we’d try to dunk eachother (leg sweeps and grabbing was the normal strategy) and i had a super strong balance so for the most part i couldn’t get dunked unless they picked me up. Once i had a guy friend jump on my head and i wouldn’t get knocked over so he was like on my head for a hot minute until another guy friend pulled him off. I kinda miss feeling strong enough to have the weight of someone on my head wo pain instead of hurting when i breathe :(

I found that out as an early teen which is why I never hoesed around with my male friends. It was unsettling.

But she was having fun, not fighting back lol.

That is unfortunately how our biology is, however is not like women can't do anything when facing a man, just like there are many things a smaller and weaker man can do against a bigger and stronger opponent. First of all, it doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman, In a self-defence situation, contact should always be the last option. Work on your agility and running speed, if you ever need it, at least your legs won't fail you. If there is no longer an option and the situation is extreme, now is the time to fight, but NEVER FIGHT THINKING ABOUT WINNING THE FIGHT, you should fight to create an opportunity to escape, or if you're capable enough, immobilize or finish the aggressor. For those extreme situations when you don't have another option other than engaging in combat, martial arts like jiu jitsu, judo, muay thai and wrestling are great tools to create opportunities to escape. Also, ALWAYS CALL FOR HELP as loud as you can while you buy time, help is more often than not the difference between you escaping or not. People may complain about having to do too much work just to get a better chance of escaping in a hypothetical situation, but honestly, IT'S YOUR DAMN LIFE THAT'S AT STAKE IF SUCH SITUATIONS EVER HAPPEN, you can't predict what's gonna happen but trust me, if it ever happens you will sure want to be prepared.

That's when you realize how kind men really are.
