Jatin-Lalit were top composers but I think they were always trailing Nadeem-Shravan and Anu Malik.

I think they were on par with Nadeem Sharavan. But I didn’t they were well above Anu Malik. This is because Anu Malik’s albums used to contain only 1 banger but Jatin Lalits albums were 5-6 bangers. Example DDLJ, Kuch kuch hota hai, Mohabattein, K3G etc

@@moby786 I think the reason why I’d give Nadeem-Shravan the edge is because they were able to out perform with lesser known banners and artists... and they were very consistent... which I guess made them the stars of the movies in a certain way. I guess we can now only reminisce about the 90’s composers now :(

@@shazadhussain4467 fair point bro. Can’t argue that. Thing is though, jatin lalit had less work than Nadeem shravan. If you look at the amount of movies NS gave music to compared to JL, they’re way ahead. But yeah ND killed it in the 90s.
