Strange how Java adopted an identical classification system to the final JGR steam class system, but has wildly different engines for most class designations that overlap with Japanese examples.

They certainly had some unusual engines

They got this classification system by the Japanese it self during their occupation of the Dutch East Indies (now indonesia)
