Javed bashir is a wonderful singer and a great human. I saw him live a few days ago. My son is a big fan of his, when he was touching Javed Bhai’s feet, he pulled my son close to him and hugged him saying beta bas us allah ko sands karo. Such a gentle gesture. Wonderful soul.

I wish Akbar Ali's name was mentioned in the title too. He is such a brilliant singer. Just doesn't get the attention he deserves. He should be recognised as much as his brother Javed Bashir is. Even in all his classical song recordings Akbar always has a picture of his brother in the background. Very humble and skillful singer.
