i agree with this. out of everyone John had to go and kill, Javier was the least out of his element to do anything to cause John harm. Bill and Dutch were fairly local to him, creating chaos and killing whoever they felt like. not saying Javier is a saint, but being in a completely different country, doing work for that country, plus being wanted in the country you fled when the gang fell? i don't see javier going out of his way to do anything. but then again, that's not the point. john **had** to do this or he'd never see his family again. sad and unfortunate all around for everyone involved.
