Muy posiblemente la referencia del aceite sea la que aparece en el vídeo. Por seguridad es mejor preguntar en cualquier servicio RENAULT de su país , pues según el clima podría haber cambios .

thank you. The manual velocity box that mounts Renault Scenic 1.3 TCE is called TL4. Oil level: 1.3 1.9 L according to version. Original NFX 75W > 7711945721 (€ 20) Norma API GL-4 Renault does not program maintenance for this type of speed box. You can tell me the chassis number and I can confirm it. The procedure is to empty the oil (hot) and then fill it to its level, until it overflows for its filling hole. El mio que es un Captur 1 de 150CV EDC, en una de las revisiones pregunte y me dijeron que no tenia manenimiento esa caja, cosa que me extraño mucho. Ahora tiene 47000 kms y 4 años y medio. No se que hacer.

Si es un 1.3 de gasolina con caja automática de 6 velocidades entonces es una caja de generación anterior con embragues en seco, los embragues no van sumergidos en aceite como si ocurre en la generación actual EDC de 7 velocidades. Hello, I've bought a kit for this gearbox. Included was 6l gearbox oil. I put the entire 6l in but still nothing came bout off the overflow hole? Should I put more in? The refill should be on 5.6l? Thank you

Dokładna ilość jest określana przez korek poziomu, należy pozwolić olejowi płynąć, aż zacznie kapać, wysokość korka poziomu określa jego poziom. Poziom sprawdza się przy lekko rozgrzanym i zatrzymanym silniku. Po włączeniu każdego biegu przez około 20 sekund z wciśniętym hamulcem.

Debe de entrar la misma cantidad que se saca. Los 7 litros de capacidad total quiere decir que sería en una caja nueva y totalmente vacía. En este tipo de cajas ( sin convertidor de par ) RENAULT en su manual de reparación establece que el vaciado y llenado es por gravedad, no es necesario usar máquina.

Hola.Siguiendo las instrucciones del vídeo el tapón de llenado se ha roto o yo soy inútil..Al primer giro ya ha salido como partido.Sabes si es normal que parta así?Lo he vuelto a poner pero ya no gira y lo he dejado enganchado con cinta americana hasta que pueda ir al taller.Crees que es malo para la caja llevarlo solo tapado así.No desborda nada ni mancha.

Es raro ya que ese tapón no va apretado fuerte no comprendo como se te puede romper al aflojarlo.... Al estar el tapón en la parte más alta no se va a salir el aceite, pero debes otro nuevo cuanto antes...

Bueno hay diferencias: el aceite es especifico para ésta caja. La capacidad es diferente. No lleva filtro de aceite. El llenado se realiza por la varilla de nivel de aceite La varilla tiene 2 niveles , uno en frio y otro en caliente.

@@davidebugni3370 Nelle prime generazioni il problema di guasto più comune che dava era la leva del cambio, essendo una leva di tipo elettronico dava degli errori di posizione. Questo problema è risolto nelle nuove versioni. E' un box utilizzato su veicoli di grandi dimensioni per via del suo PAR più alto, con una corretta manutenzione non dovrebbe dare problemi.

Não são as mesmas caixas de velocidades, embora tecnicamente partilhem a mesma mesmo sistema de embreagem dupla a óleo. A principal diferença é que o DW6 tem 6 marchas mas proporciona um torque muito maior que o DW5, (megane, scenic...) por isso o DW6 só é instalado em veículos maiores e mais pesados. (koleos, espaço...) Portanto, como são 2 caixas com especificações diferentes, você também precisa de um óleo que atenda às suas necessidades... cada uma tem seu óleo Renault específico.

Ich verstehe die Sache mit den 4 Schrauben nicht. Von unten ist es etwas schwierig, an die Füllstandsschraube zu gelangen, da sie sich oberhalb des Getriebes befindet.

​@@javiery70 Ich habe gestern den Ölwechsel durchgeführt. Hier meine Erfahrungen: Um an die Pegelschraube zu kommen macht man besser das Vorderrad links ab und löst die Radhausverkleidung an 5 Schrauben und klappt diese etwas zurück. Nach Entfernen der Pegelschraube kam überraschend etwa 0,5 Liter Öl aus dem Getriebe, welches hellgelb und sehr klar war. Mein Espace 5 ist 88000 km gelaufen. Ich erwartete schwarzes Öl.. Um den Filter zu lösen benötigt man einen 32er Maulschlüssel. Der kleine Filtereinsatz war deutlich geschwärzt. Bis auf die Einfüllschraube, welche einen Gummiring hat, haben die Pegelschraube und die beiden Ablassschrauben keine Dichtringe zum wechseln. Ich glaube sie haben eine integrierte Dichtfläche. Ich verwendete die gleichen Schrauben wieder. Ich habe insgesamt etwa 6,5 Liter eingefüllt. Und zwar das Öl Fluidmatic DCT MV von Total Energies (Elf). Es ist auch hellgelb. Die Kosten: 7x 1Liter ÖL a 9€=63€ Versand 7€(Motoroeldirekt.com), ÖLfilter (Autodoc) 22,33€. Trichter mit langem Stutzen PO2674 von Auto Unger (ATU) 8,99€. Miete Hebebühne 2,5 Stunden inkl. Entsorgung Altöl 45€. Also Gesamt 150€. Renault will 680€ ;-)

Exact, le manuel de réparation de la boîte DC4 indique que la capacité totale est de 1,7 litre, mais lors de l'opération de vidange et de remplissage, la quantité qui doit entrer jusqu'à son niveau maximum est de 1,4 litre. Le montant est approximatif puisque le niveau est déterminé par l'huile qui déborde par son bouchon de remplissage.
