WOWWW, Wow, & WOWW.... I'm Really Loving "J. Patrick Homes"... The details & Materials, there Designs is very Elegant, I feel it Really Sets them apart. And as a Woman, I love that Walk-In Closet with the Island & extra Storage, it's Not an Over-Kill for me, my Dream Home has to have a Huge Walk in Closet or at least the Size of this one in the Primary bedroom. I have loads of Handbags & Other Accessories and can utilize that Extra Space 😊... Again a Beautiful Home, will add this or Share this into my "Homes" Folder in my email, maybe it may be up for Sale just in the time my Investment comes through to Purchase, as you said it's a "Model" and not up for Sale as Yet 😊... This house looks very nice the only think that I don't like is the fact that in one of the bath rooms there is a toilet in a small room on it's own with a door, what I would like to see next to the toilet is a sink with hand towels or paper towels. All the best.

Hi Marcus, do you have any homes for a single person, that’s not too much house and affordable. I love your homes but I’m a single lady no family yet lol I love toll brothers too! I want a lovely kitchen and primary bedroom, everything else is negotiable. Nobody is really going to be visiting me.
