This musical instrument was made by the craftsman E. Volgutov. The vargan is made of tempered steel. The frame is less rigid compared to other models by this craftsman, but sufficiently firm for this tongue size.
The instrument has high and harmonious overtones. It is beginner-friendly. Tongue damping is moderate but adequate for playing rhythmic tunes using breath. Very suitable for playing at a fast tempo. Symmetrical sound when struck from both sides.
