Jaw surgery Case

Mar visited us to correct her Class III that caused her insecurity with her image.
After her bimaxillary septoplasty surgery at the hands of Dr. Hernandez Alfaro, Mar feels much better about herself, and her chewing function has improved noticeably.

I would have to disagree somewhat: I agree there is Maxillary Hypoplasia, but I disagree that there was Mandibular HYPERplasia. I believe the mandible is in the proper anterior-posterior position, as a matter of fact, I believe it was slighlty HYPOplastic, and was slightly corrected via surgery, when it received a little anterior advancement 🙂

i think men and women are different. men look better with more advanced mandible and women look better without slightly less advanced mandible.
