Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Belagavi | Fees 2024 | Karnataka

KLE Society established the Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College (JNMC) at Belgaum (Belagavi) in 1963. The JNMC is affiliated to KLE Academy of Higher Education and Research (Deemed-to-be-University). JNMC is recognized by the Medical Council of India, and also by the Malaysian Medical Council, and listed in W.H.O. directory of World Medical Institutions.
Three primary Health Centre, at Kinaye,Wantamuri and Handignur and a Urban Health Centre at Rukmini Nagar, have been taken over by the college from the Government under the Public Private Partnership. These Health Centres are completely managed by the College. They provide great opportunity to serve the community, to expose the students to primary level health care delivery and to undertake community based research programs. The college also runs a rural hospital - Dr. Kamal Medical Centre, 150 KMs away at Ankola, Satellite ICUs at Hubli, Gokak & Jamkhandi.

sir I have applied to NEET 2024 as a OBC-NCL category , since i do not fit into the 8 lakh salary limit i am not eligible., but have a category 1 obc certificate. will there be a problem in my MCC counselling if i do not produce this document during verification. can i choose to go through the counselling as a GM candidate. i dont want this reservation as im only applying to all india counselling and only for deemed universities. please help.

In the previous years, there was no option to change the category. Some deemed universities denied admission when candidates were unable to produce the OBC-NCL certificate. So, it depends on the university you get allotment.

I’m a nri sponsored candidate. My sister who is the sponsorer lives in US so notarised the required documents in US. Are those documents acceptable by MCC or do we need to apostille them? I called up their helpline and couldn’t get an answer and the website does not specify anything
