Thanks for the Kenova videos. Brings back a lot of memories from my childhood there, and the train station, located where you were shooting, that served N&W, C&O and end of the line B&O passengers back in the day. The little tank engine was outside the Kenova Historical Society Museum that was formerly located in that home, built by the Booth family, original owners of Dreamland. More info than you wanted, I'm sure. Keep up the professional video work you do.

Nice to have you back again Scott! I don't watch many train videos since I see my own all the time. Awesome that you are making your own. I'm having computer issues right now so I am only posting every other day instead of everyday. Anyway, thanks for coming back to my channel!
As you walked to different photo spots that constant crunch on the snow plus the blowing wind were sure indications Winters in full swing. If the bridge inspector can be out JT will also be out there recording the action. A lot of air pressure is required to maintain safe braking on these long trains during cold weather so a special thanks to the Carmen and mechanics. Also some of these cars especially hauling spent distillers grain are harder to unload as the contents freeze on the walls. On some of those cylindrical covered hoppers about mid height you'll see a smudged line where the car shaker was attached to help vibrate the load. Once again that last shot with the new camera turned out very well in the Twilight. I think Norfie is befuddled with the competition.of a younger more mobile cat.

The hazmat placard indicates something corrosive but the four-digit code isn't legible. The colour of the car has no significance as to the contents, though -- the same material could be carried in a tank of any colour.
