I have a similar theory to Jaxs behavior. When he first entered the digital circus he came in as a shy classic prankster but not one who makes others feel bad but makes others laugh. One day he meet a friend who like his practical jokes and began joining him, this made him happy and felt that the circus wasnt all bad. But then him and his friend got into a huge fight and jax said something very insulting and upsetting to them, which was starting to make his friend hit their breaking point and abstract. Jax watched in horror as his friend abstracted and put into the cellar, this led to jaxs pain and loss and his cruel personality. These events happened before most of the main cast showed up and Jax makes sure everyone hates him to make him feel the guilt and pain of what he did. He also does his pranks in more cruel and selfish ways just to vent out his mental issues. -JUST A THEORY

This is the last time we will see Gangle. Gooseworx flat out said that she and Jax would fight and that one of them would abstract. Considering episode six is Jax’s episode, It’s most likely Gangle who abstracts. However, I do think this will severely traumatize Jax, leading to a mental breakdown in episode 6. I’ve also heard from Goose that Jax use to see Queenie and Kimber as parental figures when he first arrived and that when Queenie abstracted, he tried to stop it which could lead to him causing someone else to abstract damaging his psyche even further.

What I find funny is that you think jax will stay in line. If Jax and gangle are left alone, he will keep bullying her. I see Jax utterly failing at what he is supposed to do in the restaurant and finds some other way to beat the adventure. Remember that the only reason Jax didn't do much in the episode 3 adventure was because he was restrained. He can't be restrained in the restaurant, so he is going to do something. I can easily Imagine Jax cussing out canine for putting him through such a adventure. This adventure might even make jax's worse and be the spark needed to get Jax to start secretly planning the "irredeemable thing" he is going to do in a later episode.

In every episode, he'll be underwhelmed by their adventures and won't be able to cause carnage. Up until episode 6, where he absolutely loses the plot and his extreme nihilism and sociopathy consumes him. He can't stand harmony, and if he can't cause chaos in the digital world, then there's no reason to be there, so he forces himself out of the digital circus and abstracts. That, or he opens the Cellar and release the abstracted and they abstract him.
