In her defense they dated in the early seasons of the show so his behavior hadn’t been documented as much, and his whole “I’m trying to change” schtick was much more believable. She was also dealing with being freshly sober at the time, so I think that led to more vulnerability

She went to Juliard and was a legitimate actress who was booking legitimate roles at the time. But she was still starting out and had a lot of trauma so she struggled with substances and I’m sure these people didn’t help. She was definitely the most legit actress on the show she clearly just got mixed up with the wrong people. Sad.
