Not going to lie, it is nice to see a vampire counts army that isn't Luka's standard. No shade at Luka, but he pretty much plays the same thing every time.

That DG deathstar reminds me of my High Elf friend who always brought 60 White Lions with the Everqueen and Banner of the World Dragon to any game big enough. It was invincible.

I think it is great to see Steve being so supportive of getting younger players into the hobby and creating battle reports. I think Jackson is doing a good job picking up the work and is bringing excited energy. My constructive feedback for this episode would be to try and keep the camera zoomed out a bit further when you are doing your dice rolls. The dice you are using are large enough to see from a distance without much issues and being able to see more of the models and the state of the board keeps the battle report engaging.

DE player should have used his fast cav and dragon to loop around to his rear and pressure the necromancers. One cold one knight unit could have shifted over to charge the grave guard in the flank where his dragon did in this game. It would have freed up his dragon. Also, he should have possibly been shooting Vargulf with repeater bolt thrower. Off the top of my head the infantry should not shield them. Also a mistake I keep seeing with through and through shoots, failing to wound does not stop the bolt from hitting subsequent ranks. Like it did in previous editions.

Tip against undead. Witch elves would have buzz sawed the block of undead. Also Executioners are S4 with their weapon giving a +2 on top.

Cool video, I think when you roll the scatter on a vortex if you get a direct hit, there is a little arrow on the bullseye that tells you which way it moves

In the tourn 3 of DE the dragon must hunt the necromancers and not charge the unit of guard in flanc... Big mistake of 2 players to protect necromancers and the choice of Big boss

Why is the vampire count army the only army that have little to no shots no bowman or crossbow or catapult

because they are an army of unbreakable and immune to psychology across the board. And have regeneration on every mini in the army, and bring dead minis back every turn or heal big monsters of damage taken. they are the only army in the game with access to units that use scream mechanic, universally agreed to be the most overpowered mechanic in the game. one of the most powerful factions in the game. but yes they deserve more :)
