He got me down after that-then passed my guard which no one had before. That surprised me. And I noticed he’s “heavy” and has a great top pressure. We both thought we were going to win-and he came out on top.

I use the spin drill. During bag work or mitts I'll have them close their eyes and spin in circles in place until I say ok I want 20 straight punches fast as you can . This drill is mimicking getting rocked and trying to focus. The moment you open your eyes you will or should be dizzy .
