Rampage, I know you have spirituality within you. Quran says: “Allah:there is no deity worthy of worship except he”:The Neccessary life/consciousness,sustainer of life/consciousness.” Wire like neuronal structures that conduct electricity via ions/neurotransmitters in the CNS/PNS possess no attribute of thinking/life and yet that has “randomly” led to life. Consciousness/thinking is an innate idea(“Fitra”)that is distinct from carbon skeleton and yet the materialist scientist believes that chemistry turned into biology via “god of randomness”/”Emergent property”/”law of nature”. Consciousness can only stem from Necessary Consciousness (Allah-one/indivisible/loving/self-sufficient infinite perfection).

Josh Barnett is a great representative of catch wrestling, people don't realize how effective catch wrestling truly is. And how long it's been around, it's been around for hundreds of years, way before Gracie's started BJJ. And don't get me wrong I trained BJJ with Renzo Gracie and one of my best friends who are certified, to teach from Renzo and I also have been training in Sambo , but catch wrestling is my favorite when it comes to submission wrestling . Well you can train and submission wrestling also, if you train with Eric Paulson who is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to catch as catch can wrestling. One of them main problems I have with BJJ, is that they don't have very good takedown techniques or throwing techniques. Again it's a very proficient style of grappling, but they need to incorporate better throwing techniques. That's just my opinion.
