Everytime I watch one of your videos or see a post on your Instagram story it honestly inspires me so much to chase my dreams. It really motivates me to keep trying and to never give up. It's really hard being a full time college student and working. Sometimes I wonder if I'm missing something in my life. I would love to travel the world but it's hard when I don't have money because of school... anyways amazing video. Thank you Jay!

I love how this video is different from the others and focuses on your adventurous, insane side. It makes me motivated to continue to do things out of my comfort zone. You've taught me that dreams can become a reality. You're living how I have always wanted to live. Thank you for sharing your life creatively. Watching your videos and looking through pictures of anything associated with you uplifts my mood. Your videos give me some indescribable emotions. They bring amazing vibes. I feel like I am tagging along in your adventures when I tune into your videos. I love to explore, I love videography and photography. I also love to skate and strive to be better at it each day. An incident occurred last summer where I decided to do something crazy with my board and ended up getting injured by sliding down a steep road on my stomach. I scraped my knees, face, elbows, hands, side, and waist. But, you've showed me that I can overcome this and I continue to do things that really make me feel like I am living. I crave an adventurous life like yours and have been ever since the start. Documenting your life like so is something I crave doing. I have a lot to learn. Some insight from you would be absolutely amazing. It wouldn't feel real if I ever had the chance to talk to you on FaceTime or even in person. I am having trouble trying to type out all of my emotions and I don't think I am using the right descriptive words, but I hope you get the message. You're so inspiring to me and you motivate me every day to be the best me and wake up with a positive attitude. Thank you very much, Jay, for being someone that makes the "impossible" possible. You're an idol to me and I look up to you. ❤️ - Gwen Archibald

One of my favorite videos! You can really feel the passion behind this one, it was more then just documenting a crazy adventure but really trying to give a glimpse of how you see it all! The zest for life and adventure you have for life in undeniable and something that help really inspire me to stop talking about seeing the world among a list of other things, but to finally start doing it and living the life I wanted and to have all these experiences and memories!

Honestly, this is one of the best videos you've made so far. I believe that all of your videos have a symbolic meaning somehow, they're not just about showing off how you have fun. In the beginning, when you're sitting in the desert, it feels as if you're fully alone in this world. Then suddenly the landscape changes, and you're in a fully different world. It just shows how can a person's life change in a minute. All he needs to do is to set a goal, and then he can do everything. This video also kind of shows the different chapters of your stay in Dubai, and there are so many scenes that have a symbolic meaning - at least for me. The end is beautiful, when you show how sand is falling through your fingers. It shows how life is short, and we should do what we want while we have time. Thank you for creating awesome content, dude. You made me realize that I must live my life to fullest and do all kinds of crazy👌🏻

Jay! you and your videos are so inspiring💗💗 This story may not be the best story you've heard but I would like to share it anyway. When I was younger my parents had just bought this new place that was in the middle of the forest. I loved to adventure off and explore my surroundings before I got use to them. While I'm off lost in my own imagination, I see this huge tree that's totally tempting me to climb it. Before I knew it, I'm about 15 metres off the ground on a massive overhanging branch, The last thing I can remember is myself sliding down the branch. I landed right on my head in a pile of sticks and leaves at the bottom of the tree, missing all the other branches on the way down. I got concussed, knocked out and had a seizure, my mum heard the fall from the house and she knew it was me. I had to be rushed to hospital where I had to have an MRI scan to make sure I didn't have brain damage or spinal injury. Surprisingly the next day, unharmed, unscarred, I leave the hospital with no injuries what so ever. From then on, it has made me realise that even the slightest slip could be the last slip you'll take. But that didn't make me stop. It gave me an urge to adventure even further. When ever someone says something it's "too risky" or "too challenging", it makes me want to do it even more. Surviving that fall head first, doesn't mean I can survive anything, but it means I can overcome anything. When I watch your videos it makes me feel free like I'm dreaming, you inspire me so much to live the best life I can. I feel like you are a great guy and it would be amazing to meet you one day. This last video is Amazing and I hope you continue what you do! ~ Chelsea Kawiti ~

Have you ever felt like you are not living your life but others life? Because I did and I do. Everyday when I wake up, I open Instagram, Twitter, Facebook... and I spend hours and hours watching others people photos, how they live and how happy they look. I think WOW how cool their life is. One day I realized that I could be doing what they do too instead of being in bed ALL DAY thinking how boring my life is. I also thought fuck, you only have one life, you have to live it as you want. You have to start living, enjoy your life and not others people life. Shit, you have helped me to open my eyes and to realize that you need to make everyday the best day ever. LETS LIVE. Lot of fun moments - no story line. I wish this had a story, that meant something more than just having fun...
@ryanvanderpool44827 жыл бұрын
Marffa Vasilyevna I wouldn't say it has necessarily no storyline. I would argue that the storyline is him and a bunch of buddies living live to the extreme, showcasing what living life to the fullest truly means. I mean sure you could make an argument that it's a cool video with stunning visuals and no storyline, but it's something more than that. It's an extension of the filmmaker Jay, and what he's experiencing and sharing with all of us :) While it may not be a clear cut 3 act structure, it still has story just not in the conventional way.

Hey Jay, I just wanted to say that you literally inspire me to live to my fullest potential. I applaud how far you have come in the past few years. One quote I tell myself every day is " You have to want it" and I see you portray this well in what you show online, which is truly amazing! Now, I don't want to put you on a pedal stool because each and every one of us at the core is just ...human. But, I think that with what you can show the internet, you can persuade others to live differently, push themselves, and make their own unique paths. All the best, Christine Danielson ...Btw dope vid! I could tell you put countless hours into making this! lol my first youtube video (which I posted like 2 weeks ago) took me a long timeeee!

Hi Jay, I hope it's the right video I'm commenting right now. I wanted to tell you my story. I really like your texts, they show that you understood what life really is about. I had to learn that when my parents started to wage war against each other, a process that took several years until they divorced last year. This whole thing made me sick and i slides into an eating disorder (anorexia) and depression that deprived me of any joy and will to live. But I kept standing up again and again and continue fighting and finally saw your video Summer in 2015 which gave me back that will and sparked a fire inside of me I am seeking to feel every day. I got inspired by your way of life and did a paraglide that year. Currently I'm in New York with my mum. She got sick and is at the hospital now. But I finally know that every challenge makes me stronger and that I got this. And it made me realize how precious every second of our lives is. These years of pain and sorrow have shaped me and So I'm gonna get the tattoo "LET'S LIVE" on my arm so I can see it clearly everyday to remind me what I've been through and what life taught me so far. "I'll make you happy but first I'll make you strong" - Life.

Luka Coccatto its certainly a good one time experience, no doubt. Has some amazing things to see, but overall its hard to feel comfortable in a country that is not only disgustingly HOT but the cultural differences are almost to stark to overcome. Much of the national youth (those being Emirati) strongly desire "western" civilization lifestyle I.E. the video we just watched. But there in lies the problem, that strongly goes against their cultural background. In short they want a western lifestyle without westerners. This makes Dubai and Abu Dhabi feel less welcoming to a wonderful experience as this video lets on.
