Man, how quick time goes by, Jay was in his 30's here while most of us watching these DvD's were in our teens. Now jays entering his fifties while we're all in our 30's and still training from the motivation of these classic DvD's.

Watching this in 2024 as a fan of Jay Cutler TV, the difference in temperament is amazing. He genuinely seems miserable here, like he isn't enjoying the process. Now he's retired and a bona-fide icon, he seems so relaxed, chatty and happy with his place in life. The struggle was worth it

I mean not to state the obvious but running even just a gram or 2 will change your personality subtly. I'd actually say Jay handled the hormones really well compared to some other bodybuilders, as he's always been rather chill and stoic, but yeah he's obviously alot more comfortable day to day now adays.

That's awesome man. Video and pictures don't do these guys justice. I met Ramy in person at a signing here in Australia around 2015/16. He was massive. It was about the middle of his off season and I swear each one of his thighs were wider than my torso. His delts were crazy big, his arms looked like they were about 23-24". Never have I seen a human that big in person. Is that Gold's still open in Vegas?

@@intensity.density2208 Holy shit bro! Ramy was absolutely massive that year too! They closed it down in 2012/13 and now we have 0 golds in Vegas smh. We has EoS and LVAC. Bro I swear to god I seen Phil there in 2011 right before the Olyimpia (Kai Greene too) and the look when he was hitting a seated row with no shirt on was the most mind blowing thing I have ever seen. All it made me do was make me want to become a bodybuilder. I would of given up anything in life to resemble that.

@@BigSparky1316 shame, all Gold's gyms disappeared here in Sydney. You actually felt like you were training in a gym when in one. Now Phil and Kai I would have liked to see in person. Both were at their peaks in 2012/13. Many will say they don't want to be that big or build muscle, but when they see a bodybuilder in person, they rush to sign up at a gym 🤣

I was a senior in HS for this, and it’s kind of wild seeing how dated everything looks from just 19 years ago. Something I always notice in older videos is food labels. Marketing firms def know what they’re doing when labeling products-little subliminal changes that keep products “modern” (referring to the cinnamon container at the beginning). Thanks for posting

He did? We have seen him do incline, that's a major exaggeration.
