I'm not sure why but the old videos of bodybuilding legends working out and sharing their routines really used to get me pumped for my daily workout, and they were fun to watch. I love seeing both Hadi and Derrick but the new style of videos just don't do it for me and don't help me get pumped up. Maybe just review some old videos of Ronnie, Cutler, Platz, Ruhl, and others and see why those old videos were so legend and make a few old school pump videos. Just my thoughts. Thank you.

Yeah, it's cool. I wish my gym had every different kind of machine like a lot of these gyms. I know that in terms of building a physique you don't need anything fancy. Ronnie Coleman and others never used any machines at the time, or almost none, yet had better physiques than guys today, especially Ronnie, just unreal. That doesn't matter though. I like to switch things up and try new things. It can get boring if you use the same same equipment all the time. Switching things up can shock your muscles and help you build more muscle at times as well.
