As everyone here is already saying, Jay didn't dethrone Ronnie, Ronnie short-circuited his body and couldn't re-gain the ultra physique again, and Jay took advantage. Although, I would say that in the 2001 Olympia, Jay did clearly beat Ronnie no matter what the judges scored. Bodybuilding is the most political sport there is. Ever since Dorian Yates won with a CLEARLY TORN BICEP in 1996 or whatever year that was, I've come to the understanding that they pick whoever they want to be Mr. Olympia, in spite of who is the better looking. (Especially that crack-smoking ifbb judge Steve Weinberger!)

Ronnie Abused Steroids to an extreme level as ronnie genetics were very well immune those days, now ronnie had multiple surgeries and health issues where as Jay cutler he is still healthy and living normal life. Jay Cutler always a inspiration to me.

Common misconception that Coleman is paying the price for his heavy lifting with surgeries now. His surgeries are NOT from his heavy lifting. They are due to the fact that in high school and college he sustained 2 serious injuries to his back that he did not have treated or fixed back then due to doctors misdiagnosis and because, between his football in college and weightlifting and beginning his bodybuilding career, he couldn't afford to have surgeries that would have put him out for long periods of time and possibly prevent him from becoming the top bodybuilder. He admitted this is an interview a couple years ago. He lived with the pain and discomfort for a long time. That being said, as much as I have always loved Ronnie, Jay Cutler is my favorite bodybuilder of all time with Ronnie a close second. These two guys, in my opinion, are the best ever. Jay would have won more if he hadn't had Ronnie with him so many times and Ronnie tied Lee Haney for most Mr Olympia wins all time.
