@@Bryan-eq6nt in France 98 and player admitted it and stumbled.. Secondly the difficulty level has made difficult for other players to do it in a football match. Technically it's a step-over bcuz he grazes over ball with his second feet off balance then step-over with that second feet. In other versions of step-overs one feet is always on the ground at any particular time the only difference is that some players are really fast in executing it. But in this Jay-Jay style at some point the two feets are off the ground with one feet almost standing and rolling over the ball

Why do you say that? I love Okocha dearly as it was a true pleasure to see him playing every weekend. One of the best players I've ever seen. But George Weah managed to win in 1995. The year after you got Del Piero, Cantona, Ronaldo who lost against Sammer who basically won everything. Then after that it must be either Zidane or Ronaldo. Okocha was truly great but only one man can get the golden ball. Extremely hard challenge. I don't think there's any racism here.
