I keep saying it's the diet and care not the genes ! also the climate. Less dairy products like butter and cheese diets with balanced consumption of fruit since birth also helps.

So this particular restaurant is right smack in the middle of a plaza a few really popular Korean restaurants such as Kang ho dong, quarters, (Two of the best kbbq places in LA ) and a few other bars such as Gaam, and so these bars such as Toe Bang are known to have trashy ass (but fucking delicious) Korean drinking foods and instant noodles in one of the most popular things to include in these foods such as Rabokki (tteokbokki with Ramen.)
