*A Story of Hope and Survival:* *So yes, my Father and I were tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 on 1st September' 2020; went through the trauma of it all - and have managed to retain and rather reinforce my faith in the goodness of mankind.* *I was an ordinary mortal! And I was scared. What would it entail? After we tested positive, my first thought was; How was my family going to be treated, how were we gonna fetch our livelihoods.* *Much as I like my solitude, this was an altogether different ball game! All alone, in a room, seeing no one, meeting your mom only for 20 seconds every day for the lunch and dinner, and not knowing how or when it would all end!* *I don't think I can ever express in words, my feelings for those who kept me going during these weeks.* *Hereby, I urge all to follow the Social distancing norms, wash hands frequently, Stay home and obey government guidelines to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic!* 🇮🇳

Jay shetty is a Hare Krishna Iskcon devotee and a wonderful role path for that path. They have a history of being an evangelical missionary religion and Jay is an example of a person who is tolerant accepting and loving.who doesn’t push his way as the highest or best. I recently saw a talk by radhika Raman an iskcon devotee entitled .how to refute the advaita ( Mayavadi) teachings. They spend a lot of time on a campaign against something they misunderstand. Jay is a lovely person and a naturally high born soul. A breath of fresh air.

Thank you Jay Shetty for sharing your insights and thank you Ranveer for asking meaningful questions. Although I wanted to ask Ranveer on why does he envision and self define certain virtues or values to be masculine or feminine. For example determination was said to be masculine, I have seen women more determined especially mothers, but that said one cannot discard other men who have worked hard to achieve whatever they want. I can reverse the examples too, a father being determined to provide for the family and women like Geeta Phogat, Mithali Raj, Lilly Singh, Sushmita Sen, Katherine Bigelow, Gracie Torres, Mira Nair, Meghna Gulzar, Zoya Akhtar, Deepa Mehta, Revathi, Shobhana, Indira Nooyi, Sudha Murthy have achieved success facing challenges and taking the bull by the horns, with courage and determination. Why then should the division of values, virtues be compartmentalised as women have these many and men have those many? It shows how everything was seen from a man's perspective and (limited) experience (of life) that project things like "determination" etc in their selected value or virtue compartment. Should it be that conveniently accepted while presenting it for discussion?

43.20 - Behind both these amazing, influential, fit, grounded, wise people and many other inspiring people is the lifestyle of resorting to vegetarian or vegan diet. Indeed it is great for our health to give away meat and eat what is great for our mental, emotional and physical health.
