I have never left a comment before but I just felt compelled to show support. As soon as the conversation started to flow I experienced a surge of emotion and tears fell as I felt in every cell the truth of what I was hearing. Thank you, for inspiring me today and lifting my vision. I was told by a past friend that I was not a meditator, the impact on me was so deep, I was confused by that, but in this moment the truth of who I am and who I have always been flooded my mind, body and spirit. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have just discovered Vishen and he is brilliant. I've always killed people with kindness my whole life and it has made me some of the best friends. People who thought nobody cared, angry all the time, negative all the time. You show them you do care and they will remember you forever. That's not why I do it. I just enjoy letting people know they are an important part of this world and what they do and say matters.

I am trying to make it a goal to listen to 1 or 2 episodes s a day since I am on summer vacation. I just ordered the 6-Phase method book and can't wait to start reading it tomorrow when it arrives. I learn a lot from just each episode of yours but that's why I prioritize making time to listen to them since I just want to learn as much as I can and grow as an individual to better my life in all aspects. The most beautiful podcast I’ve heard. Everyday we live to see is a success. We don’t have to attach success to a big grand thing, the little things of life are success.
@fountainofadvice26842 жыл бұрын
Everyone that reads this remember that happiness is equal to or greater than your perception of events in your life - your expectations on how life should behave. Therefore in times when we are not feeling that bliss and joy is because our reality is not matching up with our expectations of how life should behave. So if we come from a place of constantly rembering that we can change our limitng beliefs and be from a place of not expecting life to behave how we should want it and be more in a flow state. That doesn’t mean you can’t set goals but when it gets difficult don’t beat yourself up and realise it’s only perceived hard because we have the expectation it should be easy so by dropping that expectation we realise that we are infinite. When you read this and if you do, it might be confusing or it might not, but come from a place of no expectation. You might get to a point where you say “ I can’t let go of expectation”, at this point realise your expecting life to be in a way that letting go of expectation is easy, let go of that and you realise how easy it actually is. Namaste to you all. And a great conversation for the podcast. While listening I was aware that my expectations were hindering me from listening openely so I lowered my expectations and allowed myself to be present with the flow of conversation which in turn led to insights such as how the sixth phase can help me even though I feel happy all ready from no expectations. Namaste all and joy is key

Life hit me pretty hard. I'm actually coming up with a resource that helped me become the man I am today. I used to live in Miami being around street violence, guns, death, and I even lived in L.A and I used to eat $3 a day, 25 cents noodles, expired toast and canned campbell tomato soup. I survived the Boston Marathon Bombing which was a few feet away where I saw all the blood the people screaming and I was alone at 18. I also used to live in a room with no kitchen, trash bag as a window and bugs crawling on me at night. Bu then I took on boxing to protect myself and learned how to defend myself against bigger threats. I learned to change my whole mindset and to be comfortable in the silent chaos by literally studying my pain. Now I live in a cabin in the north of Sweden where I go down to a lake to breathe and heal my past and I post on KZbin to help others who need it the most 💜🙏🏽 You can visit my channel by clicking on my icon if you want, I would love your feedback

We should follow our dream from our early age ,but could not do just because our parents want us to be successfull,or have a good career through which we can earn money, or settle down. sometimes they couldn't understand that we are doing it by following our passion . If passion becomes career we enjoy it! In my life I was doing something, I never enjoyed, so I changed my path many times ,and haven't reached to my goal. Now I have started following my dream. It took me long to understand importance of choosing passion as a career.

Vishen... such an incredibly amazing man. I connect so much with his thoughts on compassion and so much more. This simply resonates with me to my bones.
