Jay Slater 'may have boarded yacht' and be 'alive' after disappearance in Tenerife

A fresh theory has emerged suggesting that missing 19 year old Jay Slater may have boarded a yacht in Tenerife. The Lancashire teen disappeared on the Spanish island on the morning of June 17, and the search for him is now entering its fourth week.
Jay is believed to have attended a rave at Papagayo nightclub in Playa de las Americas the night before he went missing with friends.
He left the club with two British men, one named Ayub Qassim, 31, known as 'Johnny Vegas', and another unnamed man, heading to their Airbnb rental near the remote village of Masca on the north of the island.

This is a sad case of people now making out that Jay has employed people to take him to Morrocco so he can vanish, but why would he do that? this does not make sense, if he was put on a boat the chances are it was to get rid of him. Unless people start telling the truth he may now never be found. Los Christianos is ten minutes walk from Playas de las Americas. So he did not need baby sitting by his friends he could have stummbled back to wherever he was staying or even have slept on the beach. The biggest question is did these two men force him back to their apartment and if not why would he go all the way back there? and why did they not offer him a lift back to Los Christianos? these two guys were responsible for Jays safety!!! If his phone has been found why was it not in his pocket?

If he is apparently on a boat, the Spanish Coastguard would be able to track its location. Also the nearest islands they could have gone to would be El Hiero or La Gomera. The latter having more places to hide in seclusion and access to amenities auch as food, water and power, but still secluded enough in the dense rainforests to hide out. I wonde if anyone has looked for the boat in the San Sebastian harbour .. its populous, so easy to try and blend in
