He is a hustler for real. His business dealings, and the way that he has his hands in everything, is a lot like the way a hustler, like Ricky Ross (the dealer not the rapper) or Nicky Barnes or even a Frank Lucas would begin to overtake the whole game and next thing u know, they control a whole block. All these guys like Jay, Diddy, or 50 Cent, they took that hustler mentality and applied it to something positive. They now are living a better life because of it. American Dream. Stop the hate.

I think you need to watch 2 pac's interviews all over youtube and listen to more than a few tracks. The man was brilliant. This is not coming from a Jay-Z hater. In fact he was my favorite rapper for a long period of time.Personality wise, I don't understand some of his choices but he does crack me up. 2 pac was not a business man, true fact, but he's definitely not overrated.

smh.gtfo..Real Hustlers adapt to any situation, circumstances, audience, to get their money or convey their message and they have a High Verbal IQ as well, which means they know how to speak fluently whether it's street talk or corporate office...there's no need to act HARD in front of this type of setting when it's clearly uncalled for, that's not a poser, that's a person that knows how to flex with any situation, jay & 50cent do it very well don't confuse that with a poser, big difference !

Charlie Rose is really annoying to this white lady: A White Nerd Meets JayZ. Don't blame JayZ. He does have a point of view that's important. He is part of the discourse and not the final conclusion. Look at your own experience; JayZ has some knowledge as a part of it but he is not you. Don't criticize; your exprience is of historical importance.
