Shes great but i dislike the masculine voice she uses in her raps. Her natural speaking voice is a lot better.
@MasterSuperBlaster Жыл бұрын
@@jamaicanbeach8200 Smh. Typicall Jamaican mentality. If she used her natural speaking voice in her raps she wouldn't have stood out to be considered one of the greatest ever. She wanted to show she could stand with the males and in most cases stamd even taller but without having, havimg to wear hoodies and baggy jeans. It's the dichotomy factor of being a sexy female who possess the skills to hold court in a male dominated space.

Absolutely. I think her and Whitney Houston are the greatest voices on their respective genres. No female singer could sing like Whitney and no female rapper (along with many male rappers) could spit like Foxy. They both have a similar cadence and power in their voices you rarely hear even among the best singers and rappers. In my opinion Foxy could actually rap much better than Jay himself (even if he did write some stuff for her) Her tone was much meaner, darker and more menacing than his. I don't even compare her flow to other female rappers. She's easily one of the best, irrespective of gender. Kim was the bigger name only bcuz she was more media friendly and probably the easier/nicer person to work with...but she was NEVER the better rapper. Fox could spit circles around her and had a much better and more natural flow. Even when she so-called "stole" Kim's flow during the 1999 Chyna Doll era, she sounded BETTER than Kim. She had an uncanny ability to switch flows and/or mimic other rappers yet still manage to sound better than whoever she was emulating. When she borrowed Queen Latifahs flow (TALK TO ME diss track 1999) she sounded like a better, harder version of Latifah lol Interestingly enough, both Whitney and Foxy lost their amazing voices (Whitney due to drugs cigarettes and constant touring, Foxy due to losing 70% of her hearing)

I used to love this song, Feat FuxXy (not a typo) Brown every man wanted to do that with Inga back in the day, (yes i know her first name Im a Stan like that) its a classic. I like lines like "weapons concealed...when u ngas play sick/crazy we can all get ill" and also where he said " I been sinning since u been playing with "Barbie and Ken and" as a former Jayz Stan, tho not necessarily inspired by this, my stage name was Sin which I also uses as short for Sincubus as I referred to myself & is written on my first mixtape tho as i gained notoriety or publicly do shows I changed it to Sinical since the world wasnt accepting of such things back then, while I did not actively worship Satan, as ppl say Jayz and Beyonce do now, i glorified him in songs with lines like " yall know me the most unholy" or I drive my 6 all the way to motel 6 and fill mu clip with 6, thank God i got saved because Id surely wouldve sell my soul at t the first offer i got, Speaking of 3 6is Jay Z signed Rihanna at 3:am to a 6 album deal, that detail was actually reported by the media at the time which fuel the speculation that they both are Satanic and Jay Z a gatekeeper, cause whats the significance of adding the time. When I got save however I grew intolerant of seeing the number 666 and once changed a customer chosen password from that to 888 at my job which pisses the literal devil off cause stalked, and afflicted me after. Anyway Speaking of lines, I also like in this song when he says," u can't change a players game in the 9th inning" liked it so much Even after I got converted to Christianity, it inspired me, when I rapped, " "messed up the first 8 but the 9th is gonna be a big inning, so easy to keep sinning cause u got your car key spinning, ladies calling phones ringing, rims like the hands of time, u stop, they keep on spinning, ( yeah that was the Dubs and Spreewell era) about the interview at the end tells how the song with fuxy brown came about and also Y Jay z is the legend he now is,, infact, 1 lines explains both, as answered " I'm stubborn and wanna do things my own way," and with good reason as they compliment each other well, on this hot track as FoxXy Brown is the fire to Jay z's ice as the red and blue lights behind them respectfully highlights. The performance is also fire as the crowd was really so into this or at 1 with this hot 🔥 performance and showing so much love, that he calls it too much love here lol , & promises to come back, with Fuxy Brown everyday and while he didn't do that he actually came back a few times and did songs like Dead Presidents on Bet Teen Summit ( I recall it because of the Peace sign logo on the stage floor and the "by any means Malcom X quotes under it, and thought Peace is love by any means, also came back and did Hard knock life both also classics, anyway I know I said alot, but everything love as the jay z song of the same name says, props to those who took the time to read.
