Pictures of those two at Lotus were leaked not too long ago and you see J Lo arguing with Puff while her sister is next to her and Jay is seen smiling holding a drink in his hand in his own area. Exactly unless there’s extreme violence, it’s definitely hard to prove since R and consensual xes can look the same in a medical exam. Add he say/ she say to it and it’s a wrap. I’ve seen quite a few cases of R get thrown out due to he said/ she said and the only evidence they have is the fact that they did engage with each other sexually. No bruises or signs of a physical struggle but of course ppl think everything is like a tv show or something. Sorry to burst their bubble but this is real life not an episode of L&O:SVU. 🙄😮‍💨😒
