it's a shame because in a vacuum I think Sojourn is a pretty cool character. I like the mixture of hitscan and projectile, and her ult is powerful and fun (and actually requires aim rather than another High Noon or Visor), but in the context of the rest of the DPS cast I don't see how she will ever be balanced or good for the game.

Make her rail do half the current HP of a character or something like that. Being shot by a Soujourn is so frustrating because you're like being tickled for a little bit and all of a sudden BLAM you're gone. It should be the opposite, I feel.
