Blender 2.9 Sculpting Beginner Tutorial : Ear

In this Blender beginner Sculpting tutorial I show how to create the human ear by using a reference image inside of Blender.
I uploaded the full projects for the different stages of development so that you can follow along while sculpting with the base meshes from this projects:

is it possible to freeze the cut edges when using mirror when sculpting ?

Yes, mask the one part before (mask brush, disbale mirror), then enable mirror again and sculpt, the masked area is protected then.
