How did you end the rows before you started the fringes?

When I had the length that I wanted, I chained my last set (I’m not sure how many chains you are using) and attached to the next chain set somewhere in the back and fastened off! You cant tell the difference really when the fringes are on there

I am 5’2 but you want to over estimate the length because when you walk it moves up so I made it to the length if my knees
