As someone who suffered from plaque psoriasis, untreated for over a decade and covering 90% of my body, this feels like a mockery. Initially I felt actual sympathy from having been in that exact situation, but then I make the video full screen on my phone and see the farce. I cut my own hair many times because of the phobia and stigma. Most people don't know what it is and it can look like sores all over your body when the plaques are scraped off. So many people said screw that I wouldn't take it but those people didn't have PS and don't know the mental social and physical pain it causes. And feeling like you want to claw your skin off. To where you're willing to sacrifice about anything to feel relief and not feel ashamed and embarrassed by the looks of your skin. It causes serious damage to your mental health. I haven't gotten sick or had an infection since being on it and I cut and burn myself constantly at my job as a welder so my immune system must be doing something. People don't understand what it's like to not want to wear shorts and tees or take your shirt off or the thoughts of intimacy even tho my wife said I don't care I always figured she's just being nice and when she didn't want to be intimate I always thought it's because she's grossed out, may have been in my head but can't change how you feel, and if I wasn't already in a relationship when it took off i wouldn't have ever tried to find someone i would have been to embarrassed and self conscious unless it was a girl with it also.

That's absolutely not psoriasis! My son has it on his head, and you can't scrap it off. It's a rash that scabs with yellow patches. If you remove it, it will bleed and could get infected. You use medication, medicated shampoo, and you don't pick. After it heals or goes into remission, it leaves pink patches.

I also have psoriasis, but mine is plaque psoriasis, I only get white flakey patches, I'm shedding all the time, but I found that right after a shower I take a damp washcloth and saturate it with baby oil with aloe, the green cap, and put that everywhere (im covered from head to toe and there is No remission for me ever, I've had it for 21 yrs) and every night I use Vaseline on all my dry skin, it helps Alot with the discomfort and itchiness 😊
